Participant Waiver Agreement for SMARTpath Education Services (d/b/a The Girlfriend Hub)

I acknowledge that my participation in The Girlfriend Hub and its associated activities is entirely voluntary. I understand that the hub is a platform for fostering connections and friendships, and that I will have the opportunity to engage with other participants in various capacities.

I am participating in The Girlfriend Hub of my own free will, and I take full responsibility for my involvement in any meet-ups, events, or activities organized within the hub. I understand that the hub's purpose is to facilitate connections, and I will exercise caution and good judgment when deciding to meet up with other participants outside of the digital platform.

I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation: My participation in The Girlfriend Hub is entirely voluntary, and I am under no obligation to attend events or meet-ups.

2. Assumption of Risk: I am aware that any in-person interactions or meet-ups carry inherent risks, and I assume full responsibility for my safety during such activities.

3. Individual Accountability: I understand that each participant is responsible for their actions and interactions within the hub, and The Girlfriend Hub holds no liability for individual choices.

4. Good Judgment: I will use my best judgment and discretion when deciding to engage in any in-person activities or interactions with other participants.

5. Release of Liability:  I release SMARTpath Education Services (d/b/a The Girlfriend Hub), its organizers, and fellow participants from any liability arising out of my participation in hub-related activities, including but not limited to meet-ups, events, and interactions.

6. Photo Release: I hereby grant permission to SMARTpath Education to use photographs and/or video of me taken at local events in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of The Girlfriend Hub.

By participating in The Girlfriend Hub, I affirm that I have read and understand this waiver agreement, and I willingly agree to its terms.
